Your memorable, Iceland adventure begins the very moment you arrive at Keflavík Airport. Once we pick up our rental vehicle, we’ll head directly for Reykjavík and our exciting, first night in Iceland began.
Blue Lagoon
Blue Lagoon is located in a sprawling, 800-year-old lava field in the heart of the Reykjanes Peninsula – a UNESCO Geopark. Owing to its volcanic provenance, the peninsula is a wonderland of geothermal phenomena.

The unique properties of its waters provide not only an enchanting lagoon experience, but also the patented, active ingredients in Blue Lagoon skin care: silica, algae, and minerals.

Here, we can soak in the goodness of milky blue water and take a stroll around lava field.
Hallgrimskirkja church
Hallgrímskirkja is a Lutheran (Church of Iceland) parish church in Reykjavík, Iceland. At 74.5 metres (244 ft) tall, it is the largest church in Iceland and among the tallest structures in the country. Known for its distinctively curved spire and side wings, it has been described as having become an important symbol for Iceland’s national identity since its completion in 1986.

Tjörnin
Tjörnin is a small, prominent lake in central Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland. It is situated in the city centre next to the Reykjavik City Hall and several museums.

Kirkjufell
Kirkjufell, or ‘Church Mountain’, is a distinctly shaped peak found on the north shore of Iceland’s Snæfellsnes Peninsula.
It is often be ‘the most photographed mountain in Iceland’ due to its dramatic formation and perfect coastal location.

Tröllaskagi
Tröllaskagi is a peninsula in northern Iceland, is mountainous, with several glaciers. The name Tröllaskagi means “Troll Peninsula” in Icelandic. The name is said to be derived from the many trolls that are said to live in the mountains of the peninsula.

taking our four wheels north off the beaten track and along the untamed wilds of Eyjafjörður, the country’s longest fjord, is something no adventurous traveller will ever regret.

Glaumbær Farm
Opened in 1952, Glaumbær Museum is Iceland’s best museum housed inside turf-roofed farm buildings. Discover traditional Icelandic homes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Take a walk through hobbit-like rooms connected by a central passageway. This perfectly preserved historical farm shows how Icelanders lived for centuries.

Akureyri
We will stay a night in the nation’s second-largest city – though with a population of under 20,000 Akureyri is more charming seaside town than urban metropolis.

Its traffic lights are even part of its appeal, with the red signals shaped like hearts to make the wait for green feel more like an embrace than a warning.

Húsavík
Húsavík is the oldest settlement in Iceland, also called the Whale capital of Iceland, Up to 23 species of whale, including the Blue Whale, as well as large colonies of puffins can be found in or around Skjálfandi bay.
Húsavík is linked with Eurovision. The film Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire and Saga is based on two characters Lars Erickssong played by Will Ferrell and Sigrit Ericksdottir played by Rachel McAdams. Húsavík is the hometown of the duo and the title song is also named Húsavík.

Dettifoss
the most powerful waterfall in Europe, with a flow rate of 500 cubic meters per second. The waterfall is 100 meters wide and 44 meters high, located in the Jökulsárgljúfur canyon, which is one of the deepest canyons in Iceland.
Dettifoss is a popular location for film crews. It has been featured in films such as Prometheus and Tomb Raider
Dettifoss is fed from the mighty glacier river Jökulsá á Fjöllum, which comes from the biggest ice cap in Europe, Vatnajökull glacier. Meltwater flows off the glacier and travels through Jökulsá until it finally reaches the Dettifoss waterfall. Jökulsá á fjöllum is the second largest river in Iceland and eventually flows out to the Greenland Sea.
Litlanesfoss
is one of the most underrated waterfalls in Iceland, passes through a field of remarkably regular six-sided columns of volcanic rock, called pillar basalt, were created when lava cooled down over a long period of time.
We will hike 1.5km to waterfall viewpoint. It is a 40-50 minutes hike to this waterfall.

Seydisfjordur Village
is a beautiful, quaint fishing port with its modest 750 inhabitants, located on the banks of one of the longest fjords in eastern Iceland. Seydisfjordur is known for being an artistic capital.

Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon
Stands out among other lakes due to its abundance of floating icebergs of all shapes and sizes that have calved off from Breidamerkurjokull Glacier.
The lagoon itself is truly magnificent, boasting crystal clear blue water that reflects surrounding glaciers and mountains – making it a photographer’s paradise.
Further adding to its appeal are various wildlife species like seals, birds, and fish which can be found within or around it.
Eldhraun lava field
Visit a place as out-of-worldly as this one, is the reason I curate this adventure. myself.
Eldhraun is a vast field of harsh black lava. With the passing of time the lava has slowly been covered with bright green moss, smoothing out every edge, giving the area a feeling of softness.

Reynisdrangar
are basalt sea stacks situated under the mountain Reynisfjall and world-famous black–sand beach found on the South Coast of Iceland.
Before moving on to next spot, we will have a quick stop at iconic Vík Church, A charming little town surrounded by volcanoes.

Skógafoss
is one of Iceland’s biggest and most beautiful waterfalls with an astounding width of 25 meters (82 feet) and a drop of 60 meters. Skogafoss is unique because the waterfall comes directly from two glaciers, Eyjafjallajokull and Myrdalsjokull.

Seljalandsfoss
The most distinguishing feature of this waterfall is a pathway that stretches around it. The cliffs behind the falls have a wide cavern, and rocks and paths allow guests to fully encircle it.
Geysir Hot Springs
The Great Geysir is a famous hot spring located in the geothermal area Haukadalur in the south of Iceland.
The geothermal area is about 3 sq.km and the formation of the hot springs goes back to the final period of the ice age so they have existed for more than 10,000 years.

Thingvellir National Park
is part of the Atlantic Ocean ridge that runs through Iceland, the only place in the world where you can stand between two continental plates.
Major events in the history of Iceland have taken place at Þingvellir and therefore the place is held in high esteem by all Icelanders. Today Þingvellir is a protected national shrine.
The view of Thingvellir National Park in September fall season is breathtakingly vibrant.
