Participants to arrive in Tbilisi in the morning, so we can have sightseeing in the afternoon.
Tbilisi
On this day, we will explore interesting spots in the city by walking; starts with Bridge of Peace, to Rike Park, ride on cable car to Narikala Fortress for beautiful view of the city, walk down through fortress to visit Tbilisi Juma Mosque, end sightseeing at Tbilisi Sulphur Bath for a nice look of Tbilisi Old Town.

Narikala Fortress
On this day, we will have 3 hours road trip to Kazbegi for Georgia natural beauty surrounded by Caucasus Mountain and one of its peak is Kazbegi – the highest mountain in Europe. On the way, we will have a few stops for sightseeing.
Chronicles of Georgia
Once reach Tbilisi city, be ready to be in awe for this gigantic monument located near Tbilisi sea, which was built in 1985 but unfortunately was never finished. The monument sits at the top of the large sets of stairs, sometimes referred as “The Georgian Stonehenge”. Consist of 16 large columns that reach a height of around 114 feet (35 meters) each.

Ananuri Complex
Ananuri is one of the best Georgian medieval castles of the late feudal era of Georgia. This area (village) has been inhabited since ancient times.

Water Rafting
As you float and crash through beautiful blue waves, you’re surrounded by lush green hills and dense forests. The air is crisp, and the scent of pine and river mist fills your lungs.

Lunch fresh BBQ Lamb
Eating freshly slaughtered, locally raised, roasted slowly lamb on the way to Kazbegi is a raw, primal, and deeply satisfying experience — a feast that captures the soul of the Georgian mountains.

Russia-Georgia Friendship
The Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument was erected by the Soviets in 1983 in the mountains of northern Georgia. The famous Georgian architect Giorgi designed it and placed it on a spot offering a spectacular view over the surrounding landscape.
The massive round “friendship” monument still looks out over Devil’s Valley and the Caucasus Mountains.

Gergeti Trinity Church
14th century Gergeti Trinity Church, otherwise known as Holy Trinity Church, is a small but very picturesque Christian church that is located above the village of Gergeti. This magnificent religious building is sitting below Mount Kazbegi, which is among the highest points of Georgia.
Throughout the centuries, the church was the place where the Georgian Orthodox and Apostolic Church was giving mass to the locals in the area, and in 18 century it was turned into storage for main Georgian relics which were transported during the Persian invasion of Georgia’s capital, Tbilisi

Juta Valley
Juta is an alpine town located in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region in the northeast of Georgia in the Caucasus Mountains. It is considered the highest inhabited settlement in Georgia. This place is also know as the Dolomites of Georgia.
Here, we will experience riding Georgian Handsome Horse to get close to the lake and mountain peak!

Darial Gorge
Darial Gorge is often linked to the Islamic legend of Ya’juj and Ma’juj.
In the Qur’an (Surah Al-Kahf 18:83–98), a righteous and powerful figure known as Dhul-Qarnayn travels to the east and west, and finally reaches a place between two mountains (“saddayn”). There, he encounters people who ask for his help against the destructive tribes of Ya’juj and Ma’juj.
Dhul-Qarnayn agrees and builds a massive iron and copper barrier (a “dam” or “wall”) to seal off the valley, protecting the people from these savage invaders until the end of times, when the barrier will collapse and the tribes will be unleashed once more.

On this day, we will have a long 5 hours driving to Borjomi.
Jvari Monastery
Jvari Monastery is a 6th-century Georgian Orthodox monastery located on a hilltop overlooking the town of Mtskheta. It is one of the most important religious sites in Georgia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Mtskheta City
It is one of the oldest cities in Georgia as well as one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the World. Mtskheta is Georgia’s most sacred pilgrimage city and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the capital of the ancient eastern Georgian kingdom of Iberia from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD

Rabati Castle
This large and well-preserved medieval castle complex that was rebuilt by Ottoman empire is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The castle was founded in the 4th century AD, was a major trading post on the Silk Road.
There is mosque, madrasa and museums to visit here.

Vardzia Cave Town
Vardzia is a fascinating cave monastery founded in 12th century by Queen Tamar of Georgia, is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Vardzia was a major religious and political center in the Middle Ages. It was a royal residence and a place of pilgrimage for Georgians.

Martvili Canyon
Martvili Canyon is a natural wonder located in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region of Georgia. It is a 2.4-kilometer (1.5 mi) long gorge carved by the Abasha River. The canyon is home to a variety of plant and animal life, including waterfalls, caves, and towering cliffs.
Here we can take a boat ride through beautiful canyon and hike along the trails that wind through the gorge.

Mestia
Today will be on a long winding and bumpy road to highland town in Northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1,500 metres in the Caucasus Mountain.
Along the road trip, we will pass through local villages, national parks and mountainous landscape.
Mestia was known for stunning scenery of mountains and fascinating traditional Svan Towers.

Ushguli
Ushguli is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the Upper Svaneti region of Georgia. It is one of the highest continuously inhabited settlements in Europe, with an altitude of 2,100 meters.
Ushguli is famous for its medieval Svan towers, which are defensive towers that were built by the Svan people in the 9th-12th centuries. There are over 200 Svan towers in Ushguli, making it one of the most concentrated areas of Svan towers in the world.
The best part is the unforgetable adventure of rough challenging road to get to this ancient village.

Koruldi
The Koruldi Off-Road Tour in Svaneti, Georgia is a thrilling and scenic adventure that takes you deep into the Greater Caucasus Mountains – sweeping 360 degree vistas of the Caucasus peaks, including Tetnuldi, Ushba, and Shkhara, apart from the entire Enguri valley and the town of Mestia below.

IF the road is free from snow, we may be able to drive up to shallow alpine lakes at about 2,850 meters elevation that offers mirror-like reflections of the snow-capped Mount Ushba.

Spring/Summer
The weather in Georgia in May is typically mild and sunny. The average temperature in Tbilisi, the capital, is around 22°C, with highs of 25°C and lows of 19°C. There is very little rainfall in May, with an average of just 2 days of rain.
The weather in other parts of Georgia is similar to Tbilisi, with slightly cooler temperatures in the mountains. For example, the average temperature in Kazbegi, a town in the Greater Caucasus Mountains, is around 18°C, with lows of 15°C.
Open trip in May is the best time for a road trip around Georgia.
Age group 18 to 60+ suitable to join, anyone who is physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities planned for the trip. Physically free from severe asthma, knee-joints problem, backpain etc.
City stroll requires lotsa casual walk around 5-8km in total with many stops here and there.
If you have gastric, please remember to carry snacks/ packed meal with you entire time. During this trip, meal time often delay from usual.
